Krysta Eichelberger, Owner

Krysta, creator of Eich and Co, has long excelled in her sweet spot of marketing. Aside from attending Penn State University and completing her degree in marketing, she continued to study the field as it evolved into the “online”, “social media” world. She has spent 10 years in the corporate world while side-hustling as a social media manager, marketing consultant and content writer.

After 7 years of “side-hustling”, it became apparent it was no longer a gig-thing. Krysta was able to bring her husband alongside her to run the business full time while hiring team members and adding skill sets to offer their clients.

While Justin was working full time in the transportation industry, evenings were spent helping the business with graphics, web design, funnel maps, and google ads. It was no secret he loved the work they were doing, too.
Justin had previously obtained a degree in marketing as well, and owned an online wood sunglasses brand, Deckor Limited. It may have been their shared interest that brought the two of them together but nonetheless, Justin was very familiar with the online eCommerce world. When he and Krysta decided it was time to take the business full time, Justin jumped in with both feet to run the company.

Together, alongside their two team members, Eich and CO offers an array of services from complete social media management, online marketing campaigns, growth strategy consulting, email marketing and funnel design, google advertising, and more. Together they have helped hundreds of entrepreneurs create laser-focused marketing in their business.

When you don’t see Krysta and Justin glued to their laptops helping small businesses simplify the online piece of their business, you can find Krysta curled up with a good book, Justin in the woods with his brother hunting and filming, or them together snuggling their sweet rescue kitties, attending Penn State games, and traveling back and forth from their home state of PA to where they were engaged in FL.
